By downloading or using Tiny Learners, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The App

Tiny Learners provides educational mini-games for toddlers aged 2–5. It is provided "as is" — while we design content with care, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

Acceptable Use

• The app is for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its artwork.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's device usage and screen time.

Intellectual Property

All content in the app — games, illustrations, animations, and audio — is owned by the developer or used under license, and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Purchases

If the app offers a paid unlock or subscription, purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by the respective store.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
