Family Groups

When you create or join a family group, your content becomes visible to all family members. You are responsible for managing your family group membership and can leave a group at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SharedCalendar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharedCalendar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Data Backup

While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for any data loss.
