By using ResearchMate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ResearchMate
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to exploit the service
• Content you create remains your intellectual property

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features require a subscription. Payments are processed through Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

4. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided as assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI suggestions. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated citations or content.

5. Limitation of Liability

ResearchMate is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data or academic consequences.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
