1. What Rash Identifier is

Rash Identifier is an educational tool that helps you photograph a skin concern, answer a few questions, and see general information about possible causes and when to seek care.

2. Not medical advice

Rash Identifier is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Results are informational possibilities only and may be wrong. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns, and call your local emergency number in an emergency. Never delay or disregard professional care because of something the app shows you.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for its intended personal, informational purpose.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or overload the analysis service.

4. Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription (Rash Identifier Pro). Prices and renewal terms are shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google through your store account, and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple’s or Google’s policies.

5. Your content

Your photos and answers belong to you. They stay on your device unless you choose to export them or remote analysis is enabled, in which case they are transmitted solely to produce your result.

6. Third-party content

The condition library contains example photos from Wikimedia Commons, used under their respective licenses with attribution shown in the app.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the app’s output, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with a new date.
