By using ESign, you agree to these Terms of Service. ESign is a digital signature app for signing PDF documents. You must be 18+ to use our service.
Your Account
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure
- You're responsible for all account activity
- One account per user
What You Can Do
- Sign legitimate personal and business documents
- Manage and organize your PDF files
- Share signed documents with others
- Use premium features with a subscription
⚠️ What You Cannot Do
- Upload illegal or unauthorized documents
- Forge signatures or misrepresent identity
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the app
Digital Signatures
🔏 Legal Validity
Electronic signatures created through ESign are designed to comply with electronic signature laws like the U.S. ESIGN Act.
Your responsibility: Ensure you have legal authority to sign documents. Electronic signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures in most jurisdictions.
Ownership
- Your Content: You own all documents and signatures you create
- Our App: ESign and its technology are our property
- License: We grant you limited use of the app; you can't copy or redistribute it
Subscriptions
- Payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled in your account settings
- Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
- No refunds for partial periods
- Free features remain available after cancellation
Privacy & Data
Your documents stay on your device - we don't store them. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Service Availability
- We strive for reliable service but can't guarantee 100% uptime
- Features may be updated or discontinued with notice
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties
Liability Limits

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We're not responsible for indirect damages, data loss due to user error, or business interruptions.

Termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
