Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the applicable fees as displayed in the App
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
Subscription terms managed through your device's app store

Intellectual Property

The App, including its templates, design, and features, is owned by ContractMaker. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Use the App's branding without permission
Create derivative works based on the App

User Content

You retain ownership of documents you create. By using the App, you grant us permission to:

Process your content to provide services (AI generation)
Use anonymized data to improve the App

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties
We are not liable for any damages arising from App use
We are not responsible for legal issues related to generated documents
Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored locally on your device. We do not store your contract content on our servers.

Termination
