1. Introduction
Human Anatomy ("the App") is an educational 3D anatomy viewer. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the App, how long data is retained, and how you can request deletion.
2. Data We Collect
We process different categories of data depending on the feature you use:
- On-device data: language preference, onboarding completion state, and screenshot files you choose to save. This data stays on your device.
- Analytics and diagnostics (Firebase): app events, app/device information, and crash diagnostics used to improve app quality and stability.
- Subscription data (RevenueCat and app stores): anonymous app user identifiers, purchase receipts, subscription status, and transaction metadata needed to manage purchases.
We do not require account sign-up and we do not sell your personal data.
3. Camera Access
The App may request camera access solely for the Augmented Reality (AR) feature. Camera data is processed on-device in real time and is never recorded, stored, or shared.
4. Photos & Media
Screenshots captured within the App are saved directly to your device's photo library. We do not access, upload, or share these files.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers to operate key features:
- Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) for usage analytics and crash reporting.
- RevenueCat to manage subscription and in-app purchase status.
- Apple App Store / Google Play to process payments and subscriptions.

6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above:
- On-device settings and saved screenshots: retained until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
- Analytics and crash data: retained according to our Firebase configuration and Firebase retention policies, and only for as long as needed to analyze usage and resolve app issues.
- Subscription and transaction records: retained while needed to provide subscription access and to meet legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations.
7. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time:
- Delete local app data: uninstall the App or clear its storage in your device settings.
- Delete server-side analytics, crash, or subscription data: email us at umerahmed.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- To help us locate records, include platform (Android/iOS), approximate request date, and purchase email or transaction ID (if applicable).
We will review and process valid deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal obligations that may require limited retention.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is educational in nature and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
