1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Grid Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Grid Planner for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Grid Planner offers auto-renewing subscriptions for access to Pro features.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. User Content

All photos and content you use within Grid Planner remain yours. We do not claim ownership over any images you import. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import into the app.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our services
• Reproduce or redistribute the app or its content without permission
• Use the app to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grid Planner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including loss of data or loss of profits.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Grid Planner at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
