Use of the App
IQ Booster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are owned by IQ Booster and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. IQ Booster does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that training results will lead to any specific cognitive improvement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQ Booster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
